Chef Gason was absolutely amazing! We booked him for my cousin's Bachellor party in New Orleans and he came to our airbnb and made an absolutely amazing meal. Chef Gason is amazing specifically for the following reasons: 1. Quality of the food he makes is awesome. He explains the history and concept behind each dish and he made some of the best food we had throughout our entire stay. Truly traditional Cajun/Creole Cuisine that was mouthwatering at every bite. 2. Service he provides is also impeccable. he prepares the food, plates it nicely, serves it and then cleans up everything afterwards! 3. Chef Gason is also super flexible and was so wonderful about working with us as plans were slightly changing and adjusted accordingly. he even was conscious of dietary restrictions and made a special dish for one person in our group just to help be accomodating. 4. Chef Gason is super fun and creates a fun environment that was perfect for our group of 12 guys. He has so many stories to share, insights about life and food, we could hang out with him for hours! Don't hesitate, book Chef Gason and I can assure you will have an amazing time!

We experienced excellent service, great tasting dinner for our family major special day. Chef Gason Nelson and his team entertained us with great food and service and this was very special day that we celebrate for many reasons as family yearly. This year was more special and Chef Gason and his team helped us take this evening to whole new level and I was not expecting the excellent extra things they did to make the dinner party special and the food was excellent too. When I saw the raw food he was going to cook I knew we were going to have beautiful dinner cooked and he did excellent job cooking.

I cannot say enough about the excellent meal prepared by Chef Gason. I’m selecting the meal there were a number of options so I was able to pull together all of my New Orleans favorites. Communication and payment was easy, even with last minute head count changes.
In my group of 14 the next day we rated our favorites of the night : The first course seafood gumbo became the standard bearer for every other gumbo we ate this weekend and NOTHING compared to it. Same with the oyster Caesar salad. People wanted the sauce on the bread pudding as a stand-alone it was so good. The ribs were flavorful and fell off the bone.
I hope I get an opportunity to have another Chef Gason meal - it was the top meal of the weekend and a highlight of the trip.

We were in NOLA to celebrate a 60th birthday. Booking Chef Gason and team was the highlight of the trip. We are still talking about the food!! 5 course meal and great service from start to finish. The booking and communication was flawless. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Everything went brilliantly - the surprise worked perfectly. Chef Gason and Tiffany was fabulous. Not only a great cook but he chatted to everybody throughout the evening answering all their questions. Chef Gason and Tiffany looked after everybody really well and the food was terrific. Unfortunately I can't remember Chef Gason assistant that assisted with making the last minute arrangements (24 hours) but she set the tone for a beautiful event. Thanks for setting it all up and you can be assured that I will be using your services in future. I encourage everyone to use Chef Gason rather it is an intimate event or catering you will not be disappointed and it is an experience yku will never forget. Thank you Chef Gason for everything it was an honor to have you and Tiffany come into our home and cook for my daughter on her special day!

Chef Gason was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Every course was flavorful and crafted perfectly. Our party had so much fun with Chef Gason and Tiffany! We couldn't recommend him enough! Him, his food and his staff are PERFECT!
