Interactive Dinner

Have you ever wanted to help the chef out in the kitchen but maybe thought you’d be in the way or that you might cause the soufflé to fall. Well worry no more, because Chef Gason wants you to cook with him. His interactive dinners are popular with clients because they are so much fun. No matter what your past cooking experience has been, he encourages each dinner guests to participate in the preparation of the meal. For example, at a dinner for eight in New York City Chef Gason assisted four couples as they prepared a different course for the meal. One couple prepared a scrumptious soup, another made a wonderful salad and the third couple created a delicious appetizer, Chef Gason prepared the entrée and the last couple ended with a decadent dessert. All this was achieved under the chef’s guidance as the guests enjoyed their favorite wine, laughs and each other’s cooking stories. After adding the finishing touches to the meal, Chef Gason plates it and it’s served. Bon Appetite!
