Fresh Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of Cauliflower
  • Splash of coconut oil
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Process

  • Rinse cauliflower & break into chunks
  • With a cheese grater, grate cauliflower to a course texture.
  • Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté the onions & garlic until translucent.
  • Add the cauliflower rice & continue to sauté for about 5 mixtures.
  • Season with salt & pepper and enjoy..
